Unfortunately we have all been impacted by the effect of the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.

The hardest part for me has been missing all my clients old and new! I love providing treatments and having a good natter, but it's important for all of us to stay safe and apart, but I am looking forward to the day in the future when we can see each other again. 

Keeping you safe:

The most important thing for me is to keep us both safe during your appointments. 

I have made made lots of changes to my policies and procedures in preparation of the easing of lockdown (Full Risk assessment attached in the guidelines below). I have also completed  several Covid-19 secure Salon safety and Salon hygiene courses to ensure we are fully compliant. 

Booking Appointments:

I have made some changes to my cancelation policy during the pandemic and you will not be charged if you need to cancel your appointment.

If you or anyone in your household is feeling unwell in anyway including the most common

Covid-19 Symptoms,

Please contact me as soon as possible giving me enough notice prior to your treatment

to reschedule your appointment.


-New continuous cough

-Loss  of taste or smell

-Fever or high temperature

You will also be asked to complete and sign a digital Covid-19 declaration health form at the beginning of your appointment to aid record keeping and track and trace best practises. 

Please feel assured that your data will be highly protected and will not be shared with anyone (see our privacy policy).

What if I am sick?:

If I feel ill or have symptoms of Covid-19, I will self-isolate immediately and call to cancel your appointment with as much notice as possible.

I know this may be disappointing, but it is for your safety and mine, and inline with government guidelines. I will of course rebook your appointment for a soon as possible following any isolation period.


You will notice that I will be wearing full PPE on my arrival including mask, visor, apron etc and I will ask that you also wear a mask during my visit from the moment I arrive. If you don't have a mask, I will be able to supply one to you at the cost of £1.

I also need to ask that only I handle any bags or products, and am able to set up in a clear and ventilated area. I will also ask us to be able to wash our hands before after each treatment, and I will also provide sanitiser to compliment this.

All tools will be sanitised fully after each treatment and new instruments including disposable items will be used for each client, including our foot spa recyclable liners for added safety.

Paying for Treatment:

To reduce contamination I would prefer accept payment through bank transfer where possible. 

If you would like to pay by cash, please ensure it is for the correct amount of your treatments as I will not be providing change at this time.
